摘　　要：本文主要介绍我公司吹风气装置运行过程中存在的一些问题,如蒸汽过热器使用周期短、余热锅炉积灰严重等,通过查找问题、分析原因,提出相应的解决方法,通过引进新技术、小技改以达到该装置高效、节能、稳定运行的目的。This article mainly introduces some problems that exist in the operation of our company's air blowing device,such as the short cycle of the steam superheater and the serious dust accumulation of the waste heat boiler.Through finding the problem and analyzing the reasons,we propose corresponding solutions,through the introduction of new technologies,small technical transformation to achieve the purpose of high efficiency,energy saving and stable operation of the device.
