摘 要:小颗粒种子播种机械主要针对平均直径小于3 mm的作物种子,是播种机械的重要组成部分。我国的小颗粒作物种植范围广泛、种类繁多,包括多种谷物、蔬菜、花卉种子等,种植面积占所有作物种植面积的22%。由于小颗粒种子具有颗粒小、质量轻、且外部形状不规则等特点,对排种器的研制造成了较大的困难。本文综合介绍了排种器的种类、排种器的工作原理、国内外小颗粒播种机械研究现状,总结当前小颗粒种子排种器在使用过程中存在的问题,对未来小颗粒种子播种机械的发展方向进行展望,为小颗粒种子播种机械的研究提供参考。Small-particle seed sowing machinery is an important component of agricultural machinery,mainly for crop seeds with an average diameter of less than 3mm.Our country's small-particle crops are grown in a wide range and a wide variety,including a variety of grains,vegetables,and flower seeds.The planting area accounts for 22%of all crops.Due to the characteristics of small particles,light weight,and irregular external shape,the small-particle seeds have caused great difficulties in the development of the seed metering device.The types of seeding devices,the working principle of the seeding devices,the research status of small particle seeding machinery at home and abroad was comprehensively introduced in this article,The problems that occur in the current use of small particle seeding devices was summarized,The future development direction of small particle seed sowing machinery was prospected,I hope to provide a reference for the research and development of small particle seed sowing machinery.
