摘　　要：研究科技服务平台用户需求的描述方法能够更好地实现科研仪器设备类科技资源的共享服务。以用户需求为导向,提出了科研仪器设备4个方面的描述方法,即仪器设备的基础信息、技术指标、功能作用和希望的服务方式。在介绍使用RDF三元组记录用户需求语义关系数据的基础上,运用描述方法,与平台仪器设备知识库匹配对接,实现仪器设备类需求描述与资源对接的框架流程。In order to better realize the sharing service of science and technology resources of scientific research instrument and equipment,it is necessary to study the description method of user requirements for cloud service platform.Based on the user requirements,the paper gives four description methods of scientific research instrument and equipment,including the basic information,performance indicators,function and expected service mode of instrument and equipment.This paper also introduces the method of using RDF triplet to record the semantic relationship data of user requirements.Through matching and docking with the platform instrument equipment knowledge base,the framework flow of instrument equipment class requirements description and resource docking is realized,and the feasibility of the description method is demonstrated.
