摘 要:国家科技成果转移转化示范区是科技成果转化机制改革试验田和科技成果转移转化工作策源地。本文分析我国科技成果转化示范区的功能定位、发展现状和问题挑战,研究借鉴美国、英国、德国技术转移的机制和模式,提出进一步加快我国科技成果转化示范区建设发展的方向和路径。The national demonstration area for transfer and transformation of scientific and technical achievements are the experimental field for the reform and the source of promoting transformation of scientific and technical achievements.This paper mainly analyzes the functional orientation,development status,problems and challenges of the demonstration area.Based on learning from international experience,the mechanism and mode of technology transfer in developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom and Germany,have been analyzed and studied.Finally,in combination with the new instructions and requirements of the Fourth Session of the 19th Central Committee,the direction and path to further accelerate the construction and development of the demonstration area have been put forward.
