摘 要:目的:通过全景片分析12岁青少年第三磨牙的发育情况。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年12月在西南医科大学附属口腔医院拍摄的12岁青少年的全景片414张,根据观察的结果将第三磨牙的发育状况进行分级统计,分析不同性别以及上下颌骨和双侧颌骨第三磨牙的发育情况。结果:全景片显示12岁青少年的第三磨牙牙冠呈帽状,牙冠大部分已钙化,且男生与女生发育情况差别不明显。下颌第三磨牙较上颌发育得更早,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:12岁青少年第三磨牙牙冠大部分已经钙化,男女发育基本相同,下颌早于上颌,左右侧对称发育。Objective To investigate the development of third molars of twelve years old teenagers through panoramic radiographs.Methods Randomly selected 414 panoramic radiographs of twelve-year-olds from January 2017 to December 2018 in the database of Hospital of Stomatology Southwest Medical University,and divided the development degree of third molars into several phrases to analysed the development status according to different genders,the left and right sides,the maxilla and the mandible.Results Panoramic radiographs displayed most part of the crowns of the third molars of the twelve years old teenagers were mineralized.There was no significant differences between male and female about the development degree of third molars.Mostly,the development of third molars appeared earlier in the mandible than that in the maxillary.Conclusion The crowns of the twelve-year-olds’third molars were mostly mineralized.The mandible third molars appeared earlier than maxillary ones.
