医养结合背景下社区老年人居家护理服务需求现状调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查社区老年人居家护理服务需求现状,为社区养老工作发展提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷和自行设计健康状况问卷、社区老年人居家护理服务需求问卷,对北京市15个社区175名老年人的进行调查研究。结果社区老年人前5项居家护理服务需求依次为血压测量、血糖监测、室内卫生、厕所浴室卫生、更换床单。多元线性回归结果显示,年龄和自理能力是老年人居家护理需求的影响因素。结论社区老年人对居家护理服务需求迫切,年龄越大、自理能力越差的老年人居家护理需求越大;应加大力度构建完善的社区养老服务体系,开展医养结合养老服务供给模式,满足其多层次、多样化的护理服务需求,提升社区老年人居家养老的生活质量。Objective To investigate the status of home care service needs for elderly,so as to provide reference home care development.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used.The content of questionnaire included basic data,health status and home care service needs.A total of 175 elderly from 15 communities in Beijing were enrolled in the study.Results The top five items with high demand for home care service for the elderly were measurement of blood pressure,continuous glucose monitoring,indoor clean,toilet and bathroom clean and bed sheet replacement.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and self-care ability were the main influencing factors of care service needs of the elderly.Conclusion The elderly people have a high demand for home care service.The elder the age,the worse the self-care ability of the elderly,the greater demands of home care services need.We should devote ourselves to build a well-run home nursing service system to meet the multi-level and diversified needs of the elderly,and to improve the quality of life for the elderly at home.
