摘　　要：目的测试中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQL^TM13~24个月)在慢性病儿童生活质量评定中的信度和效度。方法采用中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQL^TM13~24个月)对228名慢性病儿童家长和250名健康儿童的家长进行问卷调查,评定该量表的信度和效度。结果中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQL^TM13~24个月)在慢性病儿童生活质量测定中的内部一致性系数(Cronbach'sα)为0.948。量表结构效度分析显示,提取特征值>1的5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为54.76%。最大方差正交旋转后的因子载荷矩阵显示大部分条目因子负荷>0.5。结论中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQL^TM13~24个月)在慢性病儿童生活质量的测量中有较好的信度和效度,可用于13~24个月龄慢性病儿童生活质量的测量。Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory(PedsQL^TM13~24 months)in measuring the quality of life of children with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 228 parents of pediatric patients aged 13 to 24 months with chronic diseases and 250 parents of healthy children were recruited by convenient sampling to complete the questionnaire survey.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PedsQL^TM 13~24 Months were tested.Results The internal consistency coefficient(Cronbach'sα)was 0.948.5 principal components with eigenvalue>1 were extracted by principal component analysis,which explained 54.76%of the total variance.The factor loading matrix results after the maximum variance orthogonal rotation showed that most of the entry factor loads were greater than 0.5.Conclusion The Chinese version of PedsQL^TM13~24 months has good reliability and validity in measuring the quality of life of children aged 13~24 months with chronic diseases.
