助孕患者促排卵药物注射笔应用能力与自我效能感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨助孕患者促排卵药物注射笔应用能力及自我效能感,并探讨二者间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、促排卵药物注射笔应用能力评估问卷、一般自我效能量表对217例助孕患者进行调查。结果助孕患者促排卵药物注射笔应用能力总分为(68.69±11.26)分,注射笔精确注射维度得分为(62.33±10.79)分,并发症发生维度得分为(50.98±12.70)分,复诊依从性维度得分为(60.69±11.26)分;自我效能感总分为(2.40±0.61)分;注射能力与自我效能感呈正相关性(r=0.314,P=0.000);多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭月收入、自我效能感是影响助孕患者促排卵药物注射笔应用能力的主要因素,共解释了40.3%的总变异。结论助孕患者促排卵药物注射笔应用能力处于中等偏下水平,护理人员应规范自身健康教育内容,正面引导鼓励助孕患者,充分调动其自我效能感,促使其采取更为积极的应对方式,最终获得良好的妊娠结局。Objective To investigate self-efficacy and the application ability of self-injection with recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone pens in patients with assisted reproduction,and explore the correlation between them.Methods A total of 217 patients were investigated with a self-designed general information questionnaire,self-injection pen application ability assessment questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Results The total scores of self-injection ability were(68.69±11.26),the scores of precise dimension were(62.33±10.79),the scores of complication dimension were(50.98±12.70),and the scores of compliance dimension were(60.69±11.26).The total scores of GSES were(2.40±0.61),which was correlated with the injection capacity(r=0.314,P=0.000).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,economic level and self-efficacy were the main factors affecting the application ability of self-injection pen in assisted reproductive patients,which explained a total variation of 40.3%.Conclusion The application ability of self-injection with recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone pens in patients with assisted reproduction is low.Nursing staff should regulate the content of education,positively guide and encourage assisted reproductive patients,fully mobilize their sense of self-effect,and promote them to adopt more positive coping methods.
