摘  要:目的探讨应用微视频对术后携带腹腔引流管出院的患者实施延续性健康教育的效果。方法将200例携带腹腔引流管出院的患者分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组实施常规出院健康教育;观察组以患者出院后面临的共性问题为主要内容,设计并制作微视频实施延续性健康教育,比较两组患者腹腔引流管路知识知晓率、腹腔引流管操作水平、腹腔引流管相关并发症发生率。结果观察组腹腔引流管路知识知晓率及操作水平均高于对照组,腹腔引流管相关并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用微视频实施延续性健康教育可有效提高携带腹腔引流管出院患者管路自我护理能力与水平,增加患者带管期间的安全性,值得进一步探索与推广。Objective To explore the effect of microvideo in continuous health education for patients discharged with abdominal drainage tube after surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients discharged with abdominal drainage tube were divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each.The control group received routine health education after discharge.The observation group received extra continuous microvideo health education based on the common problems faced by patients after discharge.The knowledge rate of abdominal drainage tube,the operation accuracy of abdominal drainage tube,and the incidence of complications related to abdominal drainage tube were compared between the two groups.Results The knowledge and operation accuracy of abdominal drainage tube in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications related to abdominal drainage tube was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microvideo in continuous health education for discharged patients with peritoneal drainage tube has a good effect,which is worth further exploration and promotion.
