干蟾皮、硇砂、三七治疗胃癌经验——仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘　　要：仝小林院士提出中医"靶药"的概念,其中干蟾皮、硇砂、三七正是治疗胃癌的三味靶药。蟾皮攻毒抗癌,清扫无形之癌毒;硇砂软坚消积,消除有形之癌块;三七化瘀止血,兼有温补之性。干蟾皮用量范围为3~9 g,硇砂用量范围为1.5~6 g,三七用量范围为15~30 g。运用干蟾皮和硇砂时,应严密监视不良反应和肝肾毒性。Academician TONG Xiaolin put forward the concept of "target medicine" in TCM,toad Skin,Salammoniac and Panax notoginseng are just three target medicines for treatment of gastric cancer.Toad skin can attack cancer toxin,cleaning invisible cancer toxin;sal-ammoniac can soften hardness and remove stasis,eliminating visible tumor;panax notoginseng can disperse blood stasis and stop bleeding,it also has the nature of warm tonification.The dosage range of toad skin is 3-9 g,the dosage range of sal-ammoniac is 1.5-6 g,the dosage range of panax notoginseng is 15-30 g.The adverse reactions and hepatorenal toxicity should be closely monitored when using toad skin and sal-ammoniac.
