摘　　要：儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘主要病机为肺胃两寒,饮停肺窍,刑于相火,治以宣降肺胃,通泻三焦。从柴胡六味汤的组成及作用机制等方面总结柴胡六味汤加减治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的概况。附验案1则以佐证。The main pathogenesis of cough variant asthma of children is lung and stomach cold,phlegm and retained fluid stay for pulmonary orifice,punish each other for mutual fire.The principle of treatment is by disperse lung and cure stomach,clearing fire of sanjiao.It summarized the general situation of therapy about Chaihu Liuwei decotion in cough variant asthma from the aspects of Chaihu Liuwei Formula,the ingredients and pharmacological research,mechanism of action.And cite a medical record to verify.
