紫苏叶的临床应用及其量效关系

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临证经验,总结出紫苏叶具有以下量效特点:临床汤剂用量多为1.24~27.6 g。结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如发挥其解表散寒功效时,治疗咳嗽、感冒等表证,为1.24~15 g;行气宽中,治疗喘证、肺痨、嗳气等,为5~27.6 g;和胃功效,治疗呕吐、慢性胃炎、胃脘胀痛等,为6~15 g。为发挥其最佳功效,常根据病种、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如解表散寒常配伍枳壳、荆芥、桔梗等;行气宽中常配伍陈皮、杏仁、枳实等;和胃常配伍半夏、生姜、厚朴等。By summarizing the clinical experience of Zisuye from ancient medical books and modern physicians,we came to the conclusion:The dosage of clinical decoction is 1.24-27.6 g.According to diseases,syndromes,symptoms,we choose the best dosage of Zisuye.For instance,when treating cough,cold and other symptoms,using its resolving the exterior and dissipate cold,its dosage is 1.24-15 g;When treating asthma,tuberculosis,belching,etc,Using its promoting qi circulation to alleviate middle energizer,its dosage is 5-27.6 g;When treating vomiting,chronic gastritis,stomachache,etc,using its harmonizing the stomach,its dosage is 6-15 g.When treating diseases,syndromes and symptoms,Zisuye compatibles with different herbs.For example,Zisuye often compatibles with Zhike (Trifoliate),Jingjie (Schizonepeta),Jiegeng (Platycodon),etc,using its resolving the exterior and dissipate cold.Zisuye often compatibles with Chenpi (Orange peel),Xingren (almond),Zhishi (Fructus aurantii),etc,using its promoting qi circulation to alleviate middle energizer.Zisuye often compatibles with Banxia (Pinellia ternata),Shengjiang(ginger),Houpo (Magnolia officinalis),etc,using its harmonizing the stomach.
