白薇的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古代医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出白薇在临床用量方面具有以下特点:汤剂中用量为1.875~30 g。根据疾病、证型、症状总结临床用量范围,如白薇清热凉血治疗低热症、急性脑卒中、白癜风、甲状腺肿大,为8~15 g;清虚热治疗内伤发热、睡眠呼吸暂停综合症、青盲,为9~30 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如利尿通淋常配伍炒白术、黄芪、泽泻;滋阴清热常配伍地骨皮、青蒿、黄芪。By summarizing the clinical experience of Baiwei (Cynanchum atratum) from ancient medical books and modern physicians,We came to the conclusion in clinical dosage of Baiwei:The dosage of clinical decoction is 1.875-30 g.According to diseases,syndromes,and symptoms,We summarized the clinical dosage range of Baiwei.For instance,when treating hypothermia,acute stroke,vitiligo,goiter,etc,using its clearing heat and cooling blood,its dosage is 8-15 g;When treating endogenous fever,sleep apnea syndrome,blue blindness,etc,using its clearing deficient heat,its dosage is 9-30 g;When treating diseases,syndromes and symptoms,Baiwei compatibles with different herbs.For example,Baiwei often compatibles with Chaobaizhu (Stir fried Atractylodes macrocephala),Huangqi (Astragalus) and Zexie (Alisma orientalis),etc,using its diuresis and gonorrhea.Baiwei often compatibles with Digupi (Cortex rehmanniae),Qinghao (Artemisia),Huangqi (astragalus),etc,using its nourishing yin and clearing away heat.
