摘　　要：目的探究运动疗法配合推拿手法治疗特发性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法将78例特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用推拿手法治疗,观察组采用运动疗法配合推拿手法治疗,比较2组治疗前后的腰背肌力、Cobb 角以及临床疗效。结果干预后,观察组AIS患者的两侧胸段竖脊肌RMS差异明显的低于对照组,Cobb 角明显的低于对照组,关节活动度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的临床疗效分别为89.74%和69.23%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法配合推拿手法改善了AIS患者的患者的脊柱两侧肌力差异和关节活动度,降低了Cobb 角度,提高了临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of exercise therapy combined with massage therapy for idiopathic scoliosis.Methods 78 patients with AIS were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with massage therapy,while the observation group was treated with exercise therapy and massage therapy.The back muscle strength,Cobb angle before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared.Results After the intervention,the RMS difference of the erector spinae of both sides of the AIS patients in the observation group,the RMS difference of the erector spinae of both sides of the AIS patients was significantly lower than that of the control group,the Cobb angle was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the sectioning activity was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the two groups was 89.74% and 69.23%,respectively,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with massage techniques improved the difference in muscle strength on both sides of the spine in patients with AIS and joint mobility of AIS patients,reduced the Cobb angle,and improved the clinical treatment effect.
