滋肾育胎丸以肾阳为中介治疗卵巢储备功能下降的作用机制

摘　　要：根据滋肾育胎丸和卵巢储备功能下降已有研究成果进行理论推导,构建肾阳指标、滋肾育胎丸与卵巢储备功能下降中介变量模型,以检验滋肾育胎丸、肾阳指标和卵巢储备功能指标的相互关系。其理论意义在于深入发掘了肾阳与女性生殖系统的作用机制,阐明药物以肾阳为中介的作用路径,为滋肾育胎丸的进一步改良和创新提供了依据与方向。Based on the existing research literatures on Zishen Yutai pill and diminished ovarian reserve(DOR),an intermediary mechanism model is built for the analysis of the relationship among Zishen Yutai pill,kidney yang index and DOR index.The theoretical significance of this paper is to explore the mechanism between kidney yang and female reproductive system,clarify the affection path of drugs mediated by kidney yang,which helps to provide the basis and direction for further improvement and innovation of Zishen Yutai pill.
