摘 要:我国城市化水平不断提高,越来越多的公路隧道呈现城市交通的特征:小客车比例高、机非混行严重,隧道照明系统改造需要考虑新形势和新需求。以浙江省舟山市部分公路隧道机电系统改造为依托开展了照明节能的科研和实践工作,包括:采用能够考虑侧墙和拱顶二次反射光的DIALux软件分析了各种常用的装饰方案,根据对比结果并结合交通量特征采用全断面为纯白色的装饰方案;然后,采用室内试验方法,开展了储能发光涂料性能试验,验证了其增光增亮效果、延时发光效果和改善照明均匀度的效果;最后,采用智能化调光控制系统,能结合不同的天气情况、洞外亮度、车流量、平均车速等外部因素对公路隧道照明系统进行平稳调控,实现按需照明和运营节能。上述实践成果以期为经济发达地区兼顾城市道路功能的公路隧道照明系统节能改造提供借鉴。With the continuous improvement of urbanization level in China,more and more road tunnels present the characteristics of urban traffic with high proportion of passenger cars and distinct mixture of motor and non-motor vehicles.The transformation of tunnel lighting system needs to meet the new situation and new demand.Based on the reconstruction of mechanical and electrical system of some highway tunnels in Zhoushan,Zhejiang,the research and practice of lighting energy saving were carried out.Firstly,this paper analyzes various commonly used decoration schemes with DIALux software which can consider the secondary reflection light of side walls and vaults.According to the comparison results combining with the traffic feature,the whole section adopts the pure white decoration scheme.Secondly,the indoor experiment was conducted to carry out the verification analysis of the effect of energy storage luminous coating,which demonstrates the effects of increasing brightness,delaying illumination and improving illumination uniformity.Finally,the intelligent dimming control system is adopted,which can smoothly adjust and control the actual lighting conditions of road tunnels in combination with different weather conditions,brightness outside the tunnel,traffic volume,average speed and other factors.The practical results are expected to provide a reference for the energy-saving reconstruction of road tunnel lighting system in the economically developed areas.
