摘　　要：目前,传统的财务结算方式已不能满足医院日常诊疗需求,财务管理的安全性、高效性、人性化逐步提上日程。随着医院和金融机构信息化的高速发展,银医合作日渐频繁,第三方支付应运而生。以河北北方学院附属第一医院医疗电子支付服务现状为例,运用SWOT分析法分析该院实施医疗电子支付服务的内外环境,实施医疗电子支付服务的优势、劣势、机会、挑战,提出相应发展对策,探讨医疗电子支付服务发展模式。At present,the traditional way of financial settlement in hospitals cannot meet the daily needs of diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,the security,efficiency and humanization of financial management are gradually upgrading the agenda.With the rapid development of information technology in hospitals and financial institutions,bank-hospital cooperation is becoming more and more frequent,and third-party payment emerges as the times require.To understand the current situation of medical electronic payment service in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the internal and external environment of the implementation of medical electronic payment service.Strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of the implementation of medical electronic payment service were summarized.Combined with the analysis strategy of SWOT,this paper puts forward corresponding development countermeasures and discusses the development mode of medical electronic payment service.
