摘  要:本文采用数值模拟手段,基于欧拉-拉格朗日方法对跨音压气机级的湿压缩过程气动热力特性进行研究。基于数值结果,获得不同喷湿条件下(液滴粒径以及喷湿量)对压气机气动特性的影响规律。结果表明:湿压缩可以提升压气机压比,同时增加进气流量,使压气机总压比-流量特性线向右上方偏移,其效果类似提升了压气机的换算转速;进口喷湿后,在相同进气流量条件下湿压缩增加了压气机耗功,在相同压比条件下降低了压气机耗功;液滴粒径越小,喷湿量越大时,蒸发冷却作用越强,对压气机性能的提升效果越好。In this paper,the aerodynamic characteristics of wet compression process of the transonic compressor is studied based on Euler-Lagrange method by the numerical simulation method.The effect of different spray conditions(droplet diameter and spray rate) on the aerodynamic characteristics of the compressor was obtained based on the numerical results.Results showed that the pressure ratio of compressor can be heightened by wet compression,and the inlet flow rate can be increased,so that the total pressure ratio-flow characteristic line of compressor is shifted to the upper right,and its effect is similar to that of increasing the conversion speed of compressor.After the inlet is sprayed,the compressor power consumption is enhanced by wet compression under the same inlet flow rate,and reduced under the same pressure ratio.The smaller the droplet size and the greater the amount of spraying moisture,the stronger the evaporative cooling effect and the better the effect of improving the performance of the compressor.
