危害公交车营运安全相关犯罪的防控

摘　　要：近年来,危害公交车营运安全的犯罪一直层出不穷且社会危害极大,所以有效防范此类犯罪是迫切且必要的。通过整理和归纳近几年来我国公交车营运过程中发生的影响重大的犯罪案件的发案类型和原因,一方面可以对预测今后相关犯罪的基本情势有所助益,另一方面也可以有效防范公交车自身营运安全的漏洞。当前社会转型背景下,公交车的公共性使得其对安全的需求更为强烈,相关部门应制定有效对策,切实提高公交车的乘用安全系数。In recent years,crimes related to the operation safety of buses have been emerging in an endless stream,and the social harm is great,so it is urgent and necessary to effectively prevent such crimes.This paper analyzes the types,causes and situations of the crimes that have great influence on the bus operation in the past decade.On the one hand,this will be helpful for predicting the basic situation of relative crimes in the future;on the other hand,the deficiencies of the operation safety of buses are effectively prevented.During the period of social transition,the desire for safety is stronger due to the commonality of the buses.The countermeasures should be taken based on the analysis of crimes and the operation characteristics of buses so as to improve the operation safety of the public buses effectively.
