摘 要:鸽作为晚成鸟类,出壳后不能自主采食,限制了人工哺喂技术和出壳后早期营养调控技术的应用。胚蛋给养是指将外源性营养物质注射入家禽胚蛋内,以达到促进家禽胚胎生长发育的效果,可将家禽出壳后早期营养调控提前至孵化后期,为乳鸽的早期营养调控提供了新的思路。文章从乳鸽的生长发育特点、鸽胚蛋给养技术方法、胚蛋给养对鸽胚机体发育及营养代谢的影响三个方面综述了近年来利用胚蛋给养技术开展乳鸽早期营养调控的研究结果,旨在为乳鸽早期营养调控体系的建立提供理论支持。Pigeon squabs can′t feed on their own after hatching,which limit the application of artificial feeding technology and early nutrition manipulation.In ovo feeding technology refers to the injection of exogenous nutrients into the embryo eggs of poultry to promote the growth and development of poultry embryos.This technology can advance the early nutrition manipulation after hatching to the late incubation period,providing a new idea for early nutrition manipulation of squabs.Aiming to provide theoretical support for the establishment of early nutrition manipulation system of squabs,this article reviewed the research results of early nutrition manipulation on pigeon squabs using in ovo feeding technology Based on three aspects of growth and development characteristics of squabs,focused on the in ovo feeding technology of squab embryos and effects of in ovo feeding on the development and nutrient metabolism of pigeon embryo.
