摘　　要：禽类具有特殊的生殖系统,导致其遗传资源保存应用方法的研究进展缓慢。在禽类遗传资源保存方法中,生殖细胞的保存应用、睾丸卵巢组织的保存移植具备一定的稳定性和长效性,是未来进行禽类遗传资源保存应用的主要手段。文章综述了精液、原始生殖细胞、囊胚细胞、性腺生殖细胞、睾丸组织和卵巢组织等在禽类遗传资源保存应用的研究进展,以期为我国禽业遗传资源保存提供参考。Birds have a special reproductive system,which leads to slow progress in the research on the preservation and application of their genetic resources.The preservation and application of germ cells and the transplantation of testis and ovary are the main means for the preservation of avian genetic resources in the future,because of the stability and long-term efficiency.This paper reviewed the preservation and application of germ cells such as avian semen,primordial germ cells,blastocyst cells,gonadal germ cells,testicular and ovarian tissue in genetic resources,in order and provided reference for the conservation of genetic resources of poultry in China.
