摘  要:以重氮化反应温度、初始氢离子浓度、偶合反应pH值及温度为单因素条件,以C.I.分散蓝367产品纯度为指标,筛选出影响较大的三因素,采用Box-Behnken的方法优化C.I.分散蓝367合成纯度实验条件。结果表明,在重氮化反应初始氢离子浓度3.2 mol/L、反应温度3℃,偶合反应初始pH 2.3、温度0℃下,产品纯度最高,为94.08%。Taking diazo reaction temperature,initial hydrogen ion concentration,coupling reaction pH value and temperature as the single factor conditions,and taking the purity of C.I.Disperse Blue 367 as the index,three influential factors were selected,and the experimental conditions of purity of C.I.Disperse Blue 367 were optimized by Box-Behnken.The results showed that the purity of the product was 94.08%under the initial hydrogen ion concentration of 3.2 mol/L and reaction temperature of 3℃of diazo reaction,initial pH of 2.3 and temperature of 0℃of coupling reaction.
