摘  要:为提高C.I.分散黄27的提升力,探究了染料商品化加工过程中,助剂对染料提升力等染色性能的影响。结果表明,助剂A和木质素按1∶10复配、经2.5 h砂磨处理后得到的色浆,经筛网过滤、喷塔喷干制成染料产品,可提高C.I.分散黄27的提升性能。染料还具有良好的扩散性、分散性、高温分散稳定性及良好的耐碱和耐氧化性。The effects of auxiliaries on the build-up of C.I.Disperse Yellow 27 were investigated to improve the performance.The results showed that after sand grinding for 2.5 h with mixed aids of additive A and lignin at the ratio of 1∶10,then filtration by screen and spraying drying,the performance of C.I.Disperse Yellow 27 can be improved.The dye has good diffusibility,dispersibillity,stability of dispersion at high temperuture,good alkali resistance and oxidation resistance and good fastness.
