摘  要:建立了聚酯纤维纺织品中4-氨基偶氮苯的环保前处理方法,采用甲醇为萃取溶剂,避免使用大量二甲苯、氯代苯等溶剂,同时优化了国标GB/T 23344-2009中的还原提取方法。结果表明,该方法具有较好线性关系,加标回收率为82.80%~94.40%,RSD为1.44%~4.65%(n=6),方法环保、准确,对环境和实验人员健康具有重要意义。The environment friendly pretreatment of 4-aminoazobenzene in polyester textiles was established.The samples were extracted by methanol and huge amount of xylene,chlorobenzene and other solvents were avoided.The reduction extraction method of GB/T 23344-2009 was optimized.The results show that the method has good linear relationship.The recovery is 82.8%~94.4%,RSD is 1.44%~4.65%(n=6).The method is environmentally friendly and accurate which has great significance for environmental and physical protection.
