催化裂化装置汽提蒸汽量与汽提效率的关系探讨

摘　　要：影响催化裂化装置汽提效率的因素很多,包括汽提段结构,催化剂循环量,催化剂性质,蒸汽温度、压力和流量等,装置一旦建成,在公用介质稳定的情况下,改善汽提效率最有效的手段是调整汽提蒸汽量。长庆石化1.4Mt/a催化裂化装置沉降器汽提蒸汽用量长期以来依靠经验值,存在判断不及时或不准确的情况。通过对汽提效率进行计算,得出当汽提段油气和蒸汽的物质的量比>0.53时,汽提效率<80%,此时受汽提蒸汽量影响很大,提高蒸汽量可快速提高汽提效率;当物质的量比在0.53~0.40时,汽提效率为80%~90%,汽提效率受汽提蒸汽量影响较大,提高蒸汽量可有效提高汽提效率;当物质的量比<0.40时,汽提效率>90%,汽提效率受汽提蒸汽量影响,提高汽提蒸汽量可以提高汽提效率。通过调整汽提蒸汽量,对产品分布和再生器床温的变化进行分析,得出合理的蒸汽量为5.5~6t/h。There are many factors that affect the stripping efficiency of FCCU,including the structure of stripping section,the catalyst circulation,the catalyst properties and the temperature,pressure and flow rate of steam.Once the unit is completed and the utilities are stable,the most effective way to improve the stripping efficiency is to adjust the amount of stripping steam.The stripping steam consumption of settler in the 1.4 Mt/a FCC unit at Changqing Petrochemical has long been judged by experience,and there are situations where the judgment is not timely or accurate.By calculating the stripping efficiency,it is concluded that the stripping efficiency is less than 80%when the molar ratio of oil and gas to steam in the stripping section is higher than 0.53.At this time the stripping efficiency is remarkably influenced by the amount of stripping steam and can be rapidly improved by increasing the amount of steam.When the molar ratio is between 0.53 and 0.40,the stripping efficiency is between 80%and 90%.It is greatly affected by the amount of stripping steam and can be effectively improved by increasing the amount of steam.When the molar ratio is less than0.40,the stripping efficiency is higher than 90%.It is affected by the amount of stripping steam and can be improved by increasing the amount of stripping steam.By adjusting the amount of stripping steam and analyzing the product distribution and the changes in regenerator bed temperature,the reasonable amount of stripping steam is found to be 5.5~6 t/h.
