基于灰色Kohonen网络的故障诊断方法研究

摘　　要：针对故障诊断过程中传感器信息量大、相关性强、冗余严重的问题,提出一种灰色Kohonen网络故障诊断方法。该方法首先通过灰色关联分析手段,分析装备各个状态下指标参数的相关情况,建立各状态下的灰色关联分析矩阵,然后引入灰度值这一衡量指标,量化关联性的强弱关系,达到相似信息剔除的目的,最后通过Kohonen网络进行故障诊断。实例验证结果表明,该方法可在剔除相似信息的情况下保持较高的故障诊断率,同时做到快速诊断。Aiming at the problems of large amount of sensor information,strong correlation and serious redundancy in the process of fault diagnosis,a grey Kohonen network fault diagnosis method is proposed.Firstly,the grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the relevant parameters of the index parameters in each state of the equipment,and the grey correlation analysis matrix under each state is established.Secondly,through the introduction of grey value,the strong and weak relationship of the correlation is quantified to achieve the purpose of eliminating the similar information.Finally,fault diagnosis is carried out through the Kohonen network.The example verification results show that this method can maintain a high fault diagnosis rate while eliminating the similar information,and at the same time achieve rapid diagnosis.
