摘 要:使用CFD工具,对10万t/a规模的搅拌釜式淤浆法HDPE反应器进行流体力学的模拟研究,得到了直径4350 mm工业规模的淤浆反应器内的流场分布情况,考察了增加淤浆外循环撤热后对釜内流场的影响情况。结果显示外循环对釜内整个流场影响不大,且能改善反应釜底部的死区。这些结果为更大规模的淤浆反应器设计提供了依据和有力支撑。In this paper,the CFD tool is used to simulate the flow field in a 100000 t/a stirred tank slurry high density polyethylene(HDPE)reactor,and the distribution of the flow field in a slurry reactor with industrial diameter of 4350 mm was obtained.At the same time,the effect of increasing the external circulation of slurry,which aims to remove heat,on the flow field in the reactor is also investigated.The results show that the external circulation has little effect on the whole flow field inside the reactor,but it can improve the flow field in the bottom of reactor.These results provide basis and support for the design of larger scale slurry reactor.
