摘　　要：开展口述静态影像服务是公共文化场馆服务创新的重要举措。从口述影像服务的发展及现状入手,以深圳图书馆“点亮视界,欣赏世界”项目为例,介绍了口述静态影像在公共图书馆创新视障文化活动中的应用,并对公共图书馆推广口述静态影像服务提出了建议。Static audio description?service is an important measure of public cultural venue service innovation.Starting with the development and current situation of audio description service,taking the project"Lighting up the Vision and Appreciating the World"of Shenzhen Library as an example,this paper introduces the application of static audio description in innovating cultural activities for visually impaired readers in public library,and puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of static audio description service in public library.
