摘　　要：开展同伴教育服务有利于提高图书馆信息服务辐射广度和深度。分析了同伴导师“选拔-培训-管理-考核”的队伍构建机制,探讨了从低到高三个层次、对应“同伴咨询-同伴宣传-同伴培训-同伴学习”四种类型的同伴服务策略。在此基础上,提出了图书馆实施同伴教育服务中重视合作、重视同伴导师队伍稳定发展、制定同伴教育服务整体方案、重视同伴教育服务效果跟踪等服务策略。The development of peer education service is conducive to improving the breadth and depth of library information service in university libraries.This paper analyzes the team construction mechanism of peer tutors,including the recruitment,training,management and assessment,and discusses the peer service strategy from three levels and four modes:peer consulting,peer promoting,peer tutoring and peer learning.On the basis,improvement strategies for peer education services are put forward form four aspects:cooperation,peer mentors team construction,overall plan development and effectiveness track.
