摘 要:目的:研制具有倾角传感的乳腺电阻抗扫描(electrical impedance scanning,EIS)检测探头,实现在EIS检测过程中获取检测探头的倾角信息。方法:建立乳腺EIS仿真模型,研究探头倾角对检测电极面电流密度分布的影响。以三轴加速度传感器为核心器件设计倾角检测模块,利用最小二乘拟合方法对输出角度进行标定。将倾角检测模块集成于原有的乳腺EIS检测探头内,配合相应的软件程序,实现对探头倾角的实时检测。结果:在-45°~45°范围内,具有倾角传感的乳腺EIS检测探头所测量的角度误差可控制在0.05°~1.08°之内,角度检测精度在1.1%~1.5%之内,可满足EIS实际应用中的检测需求。结论:具有倾角传感的乳腺EIS检测探头符合设计要求,有望对提升EIS检测精度发挥作用。Objective To develop an electrical impedance scanning(EIS)probe with angle sensing function for detecting inclination of the plane electrode array during EIS detection.Methods A simulation model of breast EIS was established to study the influence of probe angle on the current density distribution of the detection electrodes.The angle detection module was designed with triaxial acceleration sensor as the core device,and the output angle was calibrated by the least square fitting method.The angle detection module could be integrated in the EIS probe to realize real-time detection of the probe angle when combined with the corresponding software program.Results The angle error of the EIS probe angle detection module could be restricted within 0.05°to 1.08°in the angle range from-45°to 45°,and the angle detection accuracy was within 1.1%to 1.5%,which met the needs of EIS practical application.Conclusion EIS probe with angle sensing function scarifies the desired requirements,and is expected to contribute to improving the clinical operation of EIS and the detection accuracy of EIS.
