摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型骨盆骨折无创外固定装置(以下称“新型无创外固定装置”),以便院前快速固定、救治骨盆骨折患者。方法:新型无创外固定装置为前后联体设计,包括臀部装置和腹部装置2个部分。臀部装置包括硬塑胶板、加厚棉垫、髋部弹力绷带、髂部把手带、魔术贴。腹部装置包括软塑胶板、加厚棉垫。臀部装置与腹部装置通过2条加厚弹力绷带连接。所涉及的材料均无金属材质。结果:新型无创外固定装置固定效果好且不影响影像检查,提高了院前抢救成功率,降低了骨折再出血发生率及骨折后二次损伤发生率。结论:新型无创外固定装置设计合理、使用方便,可用于骨盆骨折患者院前急救和院内保守治疗,值得推广使用。Objective To develop a noninvasive external fixation device for pelvic fractures for rapid pre-hospital fixation and treatment of pelvic fracture patients.Methods The fixation device was gifted with a front-to-back coupling structure,including two components for hip and an abdomen respectively.The hip component was composed of a hard plastic plate,a thickened cotton pad,elastic hip bandages,iliac handle straps and a velcro mechanism;the abdomen component consisted of a soft plastic plate and a thickened cotton pad.The hip component was connected to the abdomen one by 2 thickened elastic bandages.None of the components involved were made of metal.Results The device developed was effective in fixation and did not interfere with imaging examinations,which improved the success rate of pre-hospital resuscitation and reduced the incidence rates of rebleeding and secondary injury after fracture.Conclusion The device developed gains advantages in design and operation,and thus is worthy promoting for pre-hospital emergency and in-hospital conservative treatment of pelvic fracture patients.
