摘　　要：目的:设计一种便于气管插管患者使用的口腔护理开口器(以下称“新型开口器”),以解决目前临床上常用开口器在经口腔气管插管患者口腔护理应用中存在的问题。方法:新型开口器主要由调节支架组件、支撑臂(2个)、固定调节装置和软垫套组成。调节支架组件由螺纹钉、螺纹孔和调节架体组成。固定调节装置为设于2个支撑臂上的可拆卸活动装置,由固定臂、固定圈和固定螺旋杆体组成。软垫套套设于支撑臂上,支撑臂分别铰接于调节架体,调节架体上设有螺纹孔,螺纹钉穿过该螺纹孔以撑开支撑臂。新型开口器主要选用聚氯乙烯、高压聚乙烯硬质材料作为主体材料,软垫套选用纯棉材料。结果:新型开口器能够在不影响气管插管的情况下进行口腔护理操作,避免了口腔护理过程中脱管或意外拔管的发生,降低了护理人员的操作难度,提高了口腔护理质量。结论:新型开口器设计合理、操作简单、使用便捷,为气管插管患者的口腔护理提供了有效途径,值得临床推广使用。Objective To design an oral care opener facilitating tracheal intubation to eliminate the problems due to the existing opener during clinical service.Methods The opener developed consisted of a adjusting bracket,two support arms,a fixing adjustment mechanism and a padded sleeve.The adjusting bracket was composed of screws,threaded holes and an adjusting frame;the fixing adjustment mechanism was detachable and movable which was attached to the support arms and made up of fixing arms,fixing rings and fixing screws;the padded sleeve was sheathed on two support arms,and the support arms were respectively hinged on the adjusting frame;the adjusting frame was provided with a threaded hole,and the screws passed through the threaded holes to open the support arms.The opener was made of polyvinyl chloride and high pressure polyethylene,and the padded sleeve was made of pure cotton.Results The opener carried out oral nursing without affecting endotracheal intubation,avoided the occurrence of accidental extubation during oral nursing,reduced the difficulty of nursing staff and improved the quality of oral care.Conclusion The opener developed gains advantages in design,operation and convenience,and is worthy promoting for the oral care of the patients with tracheal intubation.
