摘 要:通过不断优化驱动参数,寻求电磁阀最佳驱动方式,实现其喷油量的精确控制。硬件工程师通过不断更换器件来修改电路参数的传统方法,不仅麻烦费时、易出错,而且器件的标准参数不一定满足调试需求。在线调节驱动参数技术通过多路D/A转换,动态修改驱动电路中各参数,实现喷油器驱动灵活可调,简单易行地实现试验或者应用中所需要的驱动模式,与上述传统方法相比较,大大减少试验工作量,提高工作效率。By optimizing the driving parameters, the best driving mode of the solenoid valve is found, and the precise control of its fuel injection quantity is realized. The traditional method of modifying circuit parameters by constantly replacing components is not only time consuming and error-prone, but also the standard parameters of components may not meet the hardware debugging requirements. The online adjustment technology can dynamically modify the parameters in the driving circuit through multichannel D/A conversion, so as to realize flexible and adjustable fuel injector drive and simply realize the driving mode required in the test or application. Compared with the traditional method mentioned above, the test workload is greatly reduced and work efficiency is improved.
