地板辐射采暖面层开裂原因分析及预防措施

摘　　要：从降低细石混凝土填充层强度等级、伸缩缝少留或留设位置不当、PE-RT散热管上部细石混凝土层太薄、过早踩踏或养护时间不够四个方面对地板辐射采暖面层开裂的原因作了探讨,并提出了切实可行的预防措施,成功地解决了地板辐射采暖填充层施工时面层开裂的常见问题。This paper discusses the causes of cracking of floor radiant heating surface from four aspects:reducing the strength grade of fine aggregate concrete filling layer,less or improper setting position of expansion joint,too thin fine aggregate concrete layer on the upper part of PE-RT heat pipe,premature trampling or insufficient curing time,and puts forward feasible preventive measures.The common problems of surface cracking during the construction of floor radiant heating filling layer are successfully solved.
