糠醛抽出油对胶粉改性沥青性能的影响

摘　　要：糠醛抽出油因富含活性芳香组分,是石油沥青优良的调和剂。采用糠醛抽出油对胶粉进行预处理,再与沥青反应制备的胶粉改性沥青稳定性大幅提高。试验表明,采用糠醛抽出油预处理制备的胶粉改性沥青其软化点、延度、针入度以及老化后的性能指标均有所提升,性能指标符合相关标准要求。Furfural extract oil is a good blending agent for petroleum asphalt because it is rich in active aromatic components.The stability of crumb modified asphalt prepared by pretreatment of crumb oil and reaction of crumb oil with asphalt is greatly improved.The test results show that the softening point,ductility,penetration and aging performance index of crumb modified asphalt prepared by furfural extraction oil pretreatment are all improv ed,the performance index meets the requirements of relevant standards.
