“双万计划”背景下地方应用型高校专业建设路径探究--以沧州师范学院为例

摘　　要：“双万计划”作为实现高校内涵式发展的重要举措,是新时代本科院校专业建设的重要遵循。“双万计划”凸显了专业建设对象重全员、建设导向重特色、建设实施重过程等一系列新变化。沧州师范学院在明晰办学定位与专业关系、优化专业结构、创新人才培养模式、加强专业对接适应社会能力、构建专业建设质量保障体系等方面作了有益探索,近期举办了中层干部综合治理能力提升培训班,对“双万计划”落地起到了引领作用,取得了较为显著的成效。The“Double Ten-thousand plan”,as an important measure to realize the connotative development of colleges and universities,is an important guideline for the specialty construction of colleges and universities in the new era.The“Double Ten-thousand plan”highlights a series of new changes in construction object including whole staff,construction orientation with characteristics,and the implementation focusing on process.Cangzhou Normal University has made some beneficial explorations in clarifying the orientation of running a school and the relationship between specialties,optimizing the structure of specialties,innovating the training mode of talents,strengthening the ability of specialty matching and adapting to the society,and constructing the quality guarantee system of specialty construction.A training course was held recentlyfor middle management to enhance their comprehensive management capacity,which is of great help for the implementation of“Double Ten-thousand plan”.
