摘 要:随着全球化进程的不断加快,社会各领域对国际化人才的呼声日益高涨,高等教育亟须思考如何培养国际化人才,以及探索适合自身办学特点的培养模式。但是到目前为止,国内外学者对国际化人才的概念仍没有比较公认的界定。在充分梳理国内外有关国际化人才研究的基础上,以自我主导力理论为依据,从自我、认知、人际三个维度对过往研究中“国际化人才”的界定进行了归纳,并以西交利物浦大学回归项目为例,对高校如何基于自我主导力理论培养国际化人才进行分析,以期为高校培养国际化人才提供理论依据以及实践参考。With the accelerating process of globalization,the needs of international talents in various fields of society are increasing.It is urgent for higher education to think about how to cultivate international talents and explore training models suitable for its own characteristics.However,so far,both domestic and overseas scholars have no well-defined definition of the concept of international talents.Based on fully combing the research on international talents at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the definition of international talents in the past research from three dimensions of self,cognition and interpersonal relationship based on the theory of self-authorship.Taking the Bounce Back Project of Xi an Jiaotong-Liverpool University as an example,this paper analyzes how colleges and universities cultivate international talents based on the theory of self-authorship,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical references for colleges and universities to train international talents.
