欠发达高职跨境电商人才的国际意识培养

摘　　要：国际意识为“一带一路”倡议下国家对高校人才培养的迫切要求。然而,欠发达高职院校由于地理位置的劣势和自身发展的不足,国际意识培养较为欠缺。在“一带一路”倡议与“互联网+”时代背景下,欠发达地区高职院校跨境电商人才培养迎来了新机遇。以罗定职业技术学院为例,从个体意识、培养设置、校企合作及国际交流等维度探讨国际意识的提升路径。International consciousness is the urgent demand of the state for talent cultivation in colleges and universities under the initiative of“the belt and road”.However,due to the disadvantage of geographical location and the lack of their own development,the cultivation of international consciousness is relatively inferior in less-developed vocational colleges.Under the era background of“the belt and road”initiative and“Internet+”,the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents in less-developed vocational colleges has ushered in new opportunities.Taking Luoding Polytechnic as an example,this paper discusses ways to improve the international consciousness from the aspects of individual consciousness,training setting,school-enterprise cooperation and international exchange.
