摘 要:为了提高岗梅种子的发芽率,本试验分批次采集岗梅种子,测定不同采集时间种子的千粒质量;以不同浸泡时间、不同基质埋藏和不同浓度赤霉素处理等方法,研究各因素对岗梅种子萌芽的影响。结果表明:种子采集时间显著(P<0.05)影响种子的千粒质量,第三批次采集的岗梅种子品质最佳;种子在浸泡16 h时吸水率达到高峰值,最大吸水率为43.91%;基质极显著(P<0.01)影响种子的萌芽率,以不同基质埋藏处理的种子,其萌芽率为:河沙+泥炭土(74.33%)>河沙(69.17%)>泥炭土(61.67%);赤霉素浓度对岗梅种子萌芽率的影响也达显著(P<0.05),其中以1000μg·g-1赤霉素处理的种子,萌发率最高,达80.17%。因此,在生产上采集种子时应采集足够成熟的岗梅种子,以获得品质较高的种子;最佳的催芽方法为选用1000μg·g-1的赤霉素浸泡1 d后,在河沙+泥炭土的混合基质中埋藏处理40 d后再进行播种。本研究的试验结果,可为岗梅育种生产实践提供参考。In order to accelerating the germination rate of Ilex asprella seed,this experiment uses the method of weighing to measure the 1000 grain weight of seeds,and uses the treatment methods of different soaking time,different substrate burying and different concentration of gibberellin to measure the effect on the germination of I.asprella seeds.The results showed that the seed collection time significantly affected the thousand seed weight(P<0.05),and the seed quality of the third batch is the best.The water absorption of seeds basically reached the peak at 16h,the maximum water absorption was 43.91%.The germination rate of seeds was significantly affected by different media(P<0.01),river sand and peat soil(74.33%)>river sand(69.17%)>peat soil(61.67%).There was also a significant difference in the germination rate of I.asprella seeds treated with different concentrations of gibberellin(P<0.05),among which the germination rate of the seeds treated with 1000 ug·g-1 germination rate was the highest(80.17%).So if collecting seeds in production,we should collect more mature seeds to get high-quality seeds.The best way to promote germination is to select 1000 ug·g-1 germination rate gibberellin to soak seeds for 1 day,and then using the mixture of river sand and peat soil was buried for 40 days before sowing.The test results of this study can provide technical reference for the breeding production of I.asprella.
