香樟半同胞家系苗期生长表现与优良家系初选

摘　　要：研究香樟苗期的生长表现,筛选出苗期生长表现优良的香樟家系,为香樟的遗传改良提供参考。以香樟的44个半同胞家系为研究对象,开展家系育苗试验,比较与分析44个半同胞家系1年生苗苗高和地径生长情况。结果表明:参试的44个香樟半同胞家系间的苗高和地径差异显著,可进行优良家系选择;家系内苗高和地径的变异系数均较小,遗传稳定性较高。家系间苗高和地径的Duncan多重比较结果显示:1号、41号、29号、9号、40号家系苗高生长表现较好;29号、41号、2号、40号、1号家系地径生长表现较好;综合苗高和地径的生长表现,选择出了1号、41号、29号、40号家系为苗高和地径生长表现均优良的家系。Study on growth performance of Cinnamomum camphora in seedling stage to provide reference value for the genetic improvement of it.The seedlings of 44 half-sib families of C.camphora were used as the research object to carry out seed development.In seedling experiments,the annual C.camphora seedling height and ground diameter growth data were measured,analyzed and compared.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height growth and ground diameter growth in the 44 semi-sibling camphor families tested,which was conducive to the selection of excellent families.The coefficients of variation of seedling height growth and ground diameter growth in the families were low,and the genetic stability was relatively high.Duncan comparison of seedling height and ground diameter growth data showed that:families No.1,No.41,No.29,No.9,and No.40 had better seedling height growth;families No.29,No.41,No.2,No.40,and No.1 had better growth of ground diameter.Based on the comprehensive seedling height and ground diameter growth data,among the 44 families tested,the families of No.1,No.41,No.29,and No.40 had obvious growth advantages and could be used as a good family for afforestation.
