摘 要:针对育苗容器成型机实现育苗容器标准化生产的问题,研究不同育苗基质湿度(20%、31%、47%、63%、67%、89%、98%)对育苗容器基质填充量与锯切长度的均匀性影响。通过对不同基质湿度育苗容器设定填充量与基质填充量、锯切长度与标准锯切长度的差值进行数据方差齐性检验(P<0.05)。结果表明:63%、67%的基质湿度与其他基质湿度之间的差异有统计学意义,在基质湿度为63%、67%时,育苗容器基质填充量比较接近设定填充量,锯切长度比较接近标准锯切长度,标准差与变异系数最小,离散度小。故育苗容器成型作业最佳湿度范围为60%~70%,其育苗容器生产合格率、合格苗率高,分别为99.17%、89.88%。在育苗容器成型作业中,利用最佳湿度范围进行育苗容器生产实践,预期较好地解决了育苗容器基质填充量和锯切长度均匀性差的问题,实现育苗容器标准化生产,提高育苗容器成型作业合格率与合格苗率。A standardized operation of the paper pot machine has not been achieved.Therefore,the effects of humidity on uniformity were investigated.The filling volume and sawing length of the machine-produced paper pots were measured under various humidity conditions(20%,31%,47%,63%,67%,89%,98%)and analyzed in SPSS.The results showed that humidity influenced the set filling volume versus the actual filling volume,as well as the sawing length,except under 63%and 67%humidity.Homogeneity of the data variance was calculated,and the paper pots prepared under 63%and 67%humidity were significantly different(P<0.05)from the other levels.In these cases,the actual filling volume was comparable to the set volume,and the sawing length was similar to the standard sawing length.The low standard deviation,coefficient of variation,and dispersion indicate that the optimum humidity range for machine paper pot formation is between 60%and 70%.Paper pots produced in this humidity range had a production pass rate of 99.17%and a total qualified seedling rate of 89.88%.Paper pots produced within the optimal humidity range enables a more uniform filling volume and sawing length.Additionally,the pass and qualified seedling rates can be improved.
