当代生命技术与生命政治的联结——以罗斯生命政治论述为中心的考察

摘　　要：以分子生物学为基础的基因技术是当代生命技术的重要形式。当代生命技术重塑了人们关于生命的观念与对生命形式、生命质量的期许,罗斯从"生命本身的政治"视角探讨了当代生命技术召唤出来的主体政治与身份政治实践,建立了从希望技术到生物公民的理论进路。当代生命技术与生命政治实践的联结,既提出了生命政治的当代化问题,也建立了从生命政治视角讨论当代生命技术的议题与空间,来自技术的经验现实与生命政治理论的反思性、批判性可以形成互补的知识框架与辩证的讨论视角,从而推进当代生命技术的深入观察和当代生命政治理论的拓展。Genetic technology based on molecular biology is an important form of contemporary life technology.It reshapes people’s concept of life,and the expectations of life form and life quality.From the perspective of"the politics of life itself",Nikolas Rose explored the subject politics and identity politics practice summoned by contemporary life technology,and established a theoretical approach from hope technology to biological citizenship.The connection between contemporary life technology and life political practice raises the issue of the contemporary transformation of life politics,and establishes the issues and space about contemporary life technology from the perspective of life politics.The empirical reality from technology and the reflective and critical character of life politics theory can form a complementary knowledge framework and dialectical discussion perspective,thereby promoting the in-depth observation about contemporary life technology and expanding the contemporary life politics theory.
