摘　　要：探讨棉纺新型盖板针布的应用现状与发展趋势。介绍了棉纺新型盖板针布“矮、浅、尖、密、适、硬、厚、光、匀、新”的进步特点,分析了其梳理性能的四稳定、应用现状、发展趋势。认为:棉纺新型盖板针布的几何尺寸、制作精度和标准要求,在满足高质高产的技术现状下,正在向适应高速化、高产化、高质化、高效化、智能化方向转变。Application status and development trend of cotton spinning new top card clothing were discussed.The progress of cotton spinning new top card clothing in“shortness,shallowness,sharpness,closeness,suitability,hardness,thickness,smoothness,uniformity and newness”was introduced.The four stability,application status and development trend of the carding performance were discussed.It is considered that the geometric dimensioning,man⁃ufacture precision and standard requirement of cotton spinning new top card clothing are transferring to suit higher speed,higher yield,higher quality,higher efficiency and intellectualization based on current technology status of meeting higher quality and higher yield.
