摘　　要：探讨纺机采棉清梳设备与工艺的优化配置问题。从清梳工序的设备选型、工艺配置方面,对比分析了单打手清棉机与三打手精清棉机、单刺辊梳棉机与三刺辊梳棉机的工艺纺纱性能。认为:通过合理的工艺配置,三打手精清棉机和三刺辊梳棉机在纺高含杂机采棉方面具有明显的优势,并具有广泛的原料适应性。The question on the optimized configuration of blowing-carding equipment and processes for ma⁃chine picking cotton was discussed.From the aspects of equipment type selection and process configuration for blow⁃ing-carding process,the process and yarn properties of single beater picker and three beater refined picker together with single licker-in carding machine and three licker-in carding machine were compared and analyzed.It is considered that three beater refined picker and three licker-in carding machine have obvious advantages in the spinning of machine picking cotton with high impurity through reasonable process configuration.It has wide raw material adaptation.
