摘  要:探讨芯丝材料对成纱性能及织物保形性的影响。分别以XLA纤维和氨纶为芯丝,棉纤维为外包纤维,开发了两种包芯纱、3种织物;测试了XLA纤维和氨纶的性能、纱线的性能及织物的相关性能,研究芯丝材料对纱线性能及织物保形性的影响。测试结果表明:弹性纤维的弹性、初始模量影响包芯纱的弹性恢复性;纱线弹性和初始模量为影响织物抗皱性能的重要因素;纤维的弹力与沸水收缩率影响织物的尺寸稳定性;纤维材料的吸湿性、织物的缩水率和其湿态下的折皱回复性对织物免烫性产生影响;XLA纤维包芯纱织物平挺度等级最高,手感柔软,具有与纯棉织物相当的舒适性。认为:XLA纤维包芯纱织物的保形性最好,可用于开发低弹舒适性防皱棉型面料。The influences of core material on yarn property and fabric conformality were discussed.XLA fiber and spandex were used as core yarn respectively.Cotton fiber was used as the cover fiber.Two kinds of core spun yarn and three kinds of fabrics were developed.The properties of XLA fiber and spandex,yarn properties and related fabric properties were tested.The influence of core yarn material on yarn properties and fabric conformality were studied.The test results showed that the elastic recovery rate of core spun yarn was affected by the elasticity and ini⁃tial modulus of elastic fibers.The crease resistance of fabrics was mainly affected by yarn elasticity and initial modu⁃lus.Fabric dimensional stability was influenced by fabric elasticity and boil water shrinkage.Fabric non-ironing prop⁃erty was affected by fiber material absorption property,fabric shrinkage and crease recovery under wet condition.The flatness grade of the XLA fiber core spun fabric was the highest.Its hand feeling was soft.The comfortableness of it was comparable with pure cotton fabric.It is considered that the conformality of XLA fiber core spun fabric is the best.It can be used for the development of low elasticity,comfortableness and crease-resist cotton fabric.
