摘　　要：探讨差别化纤维的纺纱技术。依据差别化纤维适纺性较差、多品种小批量、品种结构复杂等特点,针对性地采取行之有效的工艺上机方案和生产管理措施。重点解决错品种、混纤等质量问题,从原料投入到成纱包装,对整个差别化纤维纺纱流程进行精细化管理。认为:对于差别化纤维纺纱难度较大的实际状况,只要通过采取一系列技术措施和生产管理方法,就可成功纺制出差别化纤维纱,且成纱质量满足使用要求。Spinning technologies of differential fiber were discussed.Based on characteristics such as poor spin⁃nability of differential fibers,multi-variety small batches,complex variety structure,effective process program and production management measures were adopted.Quality problems such as wrong varieties and blended fibers were emphatically solved.From raw material input to yarn packaging,fine management was adopted in entire differential fiber spinning process.It is considered that for actual situation in which differential fiber spinning is more difficult,as long as a series of technology measures and production management methods are adopted,differential fiber yarn can be successfully spun and yarn quality meets the requirements of use.
