摘 要:探讨机采棉轧花加工对棉纤维性能影响。选取新陆中35品种,在MY171和MY98两种典型的机采棉轧花加工生产线进行试验,采用HVI及AFIS仪器对棉纤维性能进行测试,对比两种轧花生产线所得棉纤维性能,定量分析了轧花加工中每道工序对棉纤维的损伤程度。结果表明:轧花机加工后对棉纤维均有损伤,棉纤维的长度和整齐度均大幅下降,短纤指数大幅升高;MY98比MY171轧花生产线加工所得纤维的质量略优。认为:以此定量分析结果为参考依据,可合理选择轧花生产线并调整加工工序,以提高轧花加工所得棉纤维的质量。Effect of machine picking cotton ginning process on cotton fiber property was discussed.Xinluzhong 35 cotton was selected,experiments were carried out on two typical machine picking cotton ginning process lines of MY171 and MY98.HVI and AFIS instruments were adopted to test property of cotton fibers,properties of cotton fi⁃bers obtained from the two ginning process lines were compared,damage degree of cotton fiber in each cotton gin⁃ning process was analyzed quantitatively.The results showed that all cotton fibers were damaged after being pro⁃cessed by ginning machine,the length and uniformity of cotton fiber were greatly reduced and staple fiber index was greatly increased.Quality of fiber processed by MY98 was slightly better than that of the MY171 ginning production line.It is considered that based on quantitative analysis resultsare references,ginning production line can be reason⁃ably selected and processing procedures can be adjusted to improve quality of cotton fibers obtained by ginning.
