摘  要:总结E35型条并卷机和E80型精梳机的工艺调试和生产实践体会,以纺制JC/T 60/4018.5 tex纱为例,测试了原棉、生条和精梳条的质量数据和成纱质量数据。通过优化条并卷机和精梳机工艺,配置合理的分梳元件,经过精梳工序后,棉结的清除率为71%,重量法短绒清除率为57.7%,根数法短绒清除率为59.7%,成纱细节、粗节、棉结均达到了2018乌斯特公报5%水平。Process debugging and production practice experience of Rieter E35 draw frame and lap machine combined and E80 comber were summarized.Spinning JC/T 60/4018.5 tex yarn was taken as an example.Quality data of raw cotton,card sliver and combed sliver and yarn quality data were tested.By optimizing process of draw frame and lap machine combined and comber,reasonable carding element was configured.After combing process,re⁃moval rate of the neps was 71%,removal rate of short fiber by weighting method was 57.7%,removal rate of short fiber by number counting method was 59.7%.Yarn thin places,thick places and neps were all reached the 5%level of 2018 Uster Bulletin.
