摘　　要：探讨竹浆纤维/灰竹炭改性涤纶70/309.8 tex集聚纱的生产工艺与质量管理方法。结合原料性能特点和色纺纱质量要求,从工艺流程、工艺参数配置、生产技术要点和质量控制等方面采取措施,成功研发出达到质量要求的灰竹炭改性涤纶混纺纱。认为:竹炭改性涤纶与竹浆纤维混纺纱可用于抗菌、服装、家纺等领域。Production process and quality management method of bamboo fiber/grey bamboo charcoal modi⁃fied polyester 70/309.8 tex condensed yarn were discussed.Combined with raw material property and colored spun yarn quality requirements,measures were taken from the aspects of technology process,process parameter configura⁃tion,production technology key points and quality control.Finally,gray bamboo charcoal modified polyester blended yarn that met quality requirements was successfully developed.It is considered that bamboo charcoal modified polyes⁃ter and bamboo fiber blended yarn can be used in antibacterial,clothing,home textiles and other fields.
