基于织物CAD仿真系统的民族风服用面料设计

摘　　要：设计了以经破斜纹与平纹联合而成的织物组织。为获得较好配色及仿真效果,利用织物CAD系统进行多次尝试,最终确定了红色系、绿色系及蓝色系3套方案,并在多臂织机上进行了产品试织。结果表明:在设计民族风格面料产品时要注重纱线的颜色设计与搭配,在花形上,对称设计、纵条纹均是一个较佳的选择。Fabric structure was designed by combination of broken twill and plain weave.In order to obtain bet⁃ter color matching and simulation effect,fabric CAD system was used for many attempts to finalize three sets of red,green and blue schemes and the product trial weaving was carried out on the dobby loom.The results showed when designing ethnic style fabric products,color design and matching of yarn should be paied attention,symmetrical de⁃sign and vertical stripes were better choices in pattern.
